2024 Sri Maa Sarada's Birthday Celebration - A Report
The Ramakrishna Ashrama in Warren, MI, celebrated Sri Sri Maa Sarada's Birthday on Sunday, January 7th, 2024 with great devotion. About 35 local devotees gathered at the Ashrama to celebrate this special occassion. The program started at 11am with special puja of Thakur Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Saradamani Devi, and Swami Vivekananda where food offerings were made. Some of the local devotees chanted from Sri Sri Maa's Pnachali. Devotional songs dedicated to the Holy Trio were performed. The devotees read from the holy books namely, SriRamakrishna Kathamrita, Mayer Katha and Yuvanayak Swami Vivekananda as well. Then the Aarti was performed. The Puja concluded with the devotees offering Pushanjali to Thakur, Sri Maa and Swamiji. All attendees had Bhog Prasad, sponsored by Mr. Mohitush Bhowmik and his family.
